At Fayrouz Tile and Stone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't the perfect fit for your home project, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused, full-box tile and stone products.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Shipment
Ensure all tiles are in their original, unopened packaging. Carefully secure the boxes on a pallet or in a sturdy shipping container to prevent breakage during transit.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided RMA label to your shipment and send it back to our main distribution center using a carrier of your choice; we recommend using a service with tracking and insurance.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned materials to confirm they are in sellable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
