Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples to see how the tile looks in your space's lighting. Samples can be ordered directly from each product page and are typically delivered within 3-5 business days.
How do you handle shipping for fragile stone products?
All orders are professionally crated and shipped via specialized freight carriers to ensure they arrive safely. We include insurance on every shipment and use moisture-resistant packaging for natural stone.
What is your return policy for overage or unused tiles?
We accept returns on unopened, full boxes of tile within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How much overage should I order for my project?
We generally recommend ordering 10-15% more than your actual square footage to account for cuts, waste, and future repairs. For complex patterns like herringbone, 20% overage is advised.
Are your natural stone tiles pre-sealed?
Most of our natural stone products arrive unsealed to prevent damage during installation. We recommend sealing your stone immediately after installation and grouting to protect against stains and moisture.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately. If you notice any damage, note it on the driver's Bill of Lading and take photos. Contact our support team within 48 hours so we can process a replacement for you.
